The obvious change in capacitance is caused by partial discharge inside the capacitor and damage caused by the components. The countermeasures are as follows:



u Regularly measure the capacitance. It is recommended to use the measurement method without removing the connecting line to prevent the casing root from seeping and leaking due to the force of the casing caused by the disassembly and assembly of the connecting line.


u There is a reduction in the capacitance of the internal fuse capacitor, and it is necessary to exit the operation according to the specified value that the protection setting is allowed to decrease.


There are two cases in which the capacitance of the u capacitor is increased: the first one is that if the capacitor without the inner fuse is found to have an increased capacitance, that is, the capacitance increase caused by the breakdown of one series section, the operation should be immediately withdrawn; Two kinds of capacitors with internal fuses should be considered as a breakdown of one component. If the corresponding internal fuse is not blown and the capacitance is increased, the operation should be immediately withdrawn. In short, in any case, the operation should be immediately exited. Prevents the capacitor from malfunctioning and develops into an extended fault.
